There are two primary ways to set up a Shopify store: through Shopify.com or via the Shopify Partner Route. Since this blog is tailored for developers, we'll focus on how to create a Shopify store specifically through the Shopify Partner route.

Shopify has made it incredibly easy for developers to set up stores without needing to enter credit card details. This developer account is free for a lifetime, allowing you to test your customization skills by building multiple stores. The process is smooth and straightforward—perfect for developers who want to explore and experiment with Shopify's features.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Your Developer Store Sign Up as a Shopify Partner:
To get started, you'll need to create an account on the Shopify Partners website. The sign-up process is similar to other platforms, and it's designed to be as user-friendly as possible.

Shopify provides free templates that you can use and customize. However, as a beginner, I believe it's essential to learn how to build a website from scratch. This foundational knowledge will serve you well as you progress in your Shopify development journey. For this reason, we'll skip the templates and start from the basics—writing a simple Hello, World! and gradually building up to a fully functional Shopify website.
